Packing & Shipping Kept MAF HQ Busy in December!

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all of you who make Move America Forward the largest and greatest pro-troop non profit in the land.

Thank you to those who read our e-mails, forward them to your friends, or post on social media. Thank you to those who donated and sponsored care packages for our troops. And of course, thank you to all our hard working volunteers who help us get this work done!

Without your support and participation we wouldn\’t be able to reach our goal or ship the thousands of care packages we sent to troops this past Christmas. It\’s thanks to your efforts and your love for the troops that we continue to fulfill our mission year after year.

Your donations throughout the year have made an immense difference to our brave men and women in uniform. You have kept us going throughout another year filled with troubling events around the world. Through it all, we have worked diligently to keep the mission in mind, and do whatever we could to support our troops. Thank You.

Be My Valentine

Calling all schools, community groups and churches, we need you to make Valentine’s Day cards for our troops! Your cards will be included in our awesome care packages, have a heart and take part!

MAF enjoys discovering new and innovative ways to show our support our deployed troops, but we also embrace tradition, one our favorite traditions is including beautiful handmade Valentine\’s Day cards in our care packages. Each year, MAF partners with schools all over the country to make sure our troops will feel the love and are not left lonely-hearted for Valentine\’s Day. That is why we reach out to school children from across the nation to send us their homemade Valentine’s cards to be included in our special Valentine\’s packages for our troops.

We need you to reach our goal of seeing every state in this great nation represented in our special Valentine’s Care Packages for the troops. These cards will be includes in our awesome care packages making them mega-awesome! If you need a refresher, our care package include a variety of goodies and can include such items as cookies, jerky, personal care items including awesome CeraVe Renewing Foot Cream, coffee, candy, — special See\’s Candy for a limited some– , sunscreen, insect repellent, Gatorade, boot socks and extra special Valentine’s goodies including candy conversation hearts and the special cards from America\’s kids. Let the troops know there is lots of love coming their way by sending MAF homemade Valentine\’s cards to include with our special limited-time Valentine\’s packages.

See\’s For Soldiers

A MAF tradition continues, don’t miss out! For a limited time only, iconic See’s Candy will be included in MAF care packages thanks to our partnership with See’s for Soldiers support program.

We\’re bringing back a favorite project at Move America Forward that delights our troops annually ! For the fourth year in a row, we are proud to partner with another local Sacramento military support group to bring the joy of See\’s Candy to our troops on the front lines.

We\’re proud to offer these new packages with the addition of SEE\’s CANDY which you can sponsor and send to our troops now!

The winters over in Iraq may be warm enough, but in the mountains of Afghanistan winter temps drop to freezing cold temperatures and the snowy peaks rise higher than any mountain range we have here in the United States. These SEE\’S CANDIES will be a welcome comfort during the winter and a real treat from home, especially for our West Coast troops who grew up revering See\’s gourmet candies.

We receive letters like SPC Hassell\’s regularly, but each one we see touches our hearts and reminds us just how important the MAF mission is to our deployed troops serving across the globe in stark and dangerous conditions.

As recent events remind us, conditions in the Middle East are far from peaceful but our brave troops are there in harms way protecting the interest and freedoms our great nations enjoys. Please take a moment to enjoy a few of the other notes and cards we have received from our troops this past year.
