Sometimes you wonder if politicians take one too many stupid pills. Democrat Rep. Pete Stark went on in cheap, hateful words.
He even went so far as to say that President Bush is amused by our troops’ deaths in Iraq. It is clear that Stark, a proud atheist, is dancing with the devil and needs an exorcism.
Here’s Stark in his own words:

“I yield myself two minutes. Madam speaker, I, first of all, I’m just amazed that they can’t figure out—the Republicans are worried that they can’t pay for insuring an additional 10 million children. They sure don’t care about finding $200 billion to fight the illegal war in Iraq. Where are you going to get that money? Are you going to tell us lies like you’re telling us today? Is that how you’re going to fund the war? You don’t have money to fund the war on children. But you’re going to spend it to blow up innocent people if he can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the President’s amusement.”

Stark is known for a filthy mouth and shady dealings. He has called a fellow Representative a “whore,” he called a California welfare director a “baby killer” and paid his wife some $176,000 as treasurer of his campaign. Hello, Bay Area. It’s time to dumb this fool.
If Democrats want to straighten their House, they should put a boot up Stark’s backend. He is as deviant as some of the Code Pink protesters I encountered on Wednesday in Berkeley. In fact, I think he may be writing their political speeches.
