75 people show up, multiple media outlets.

10:00AM - 10:30 AM :: Lafayette Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
300 people, countless media outlets.

11:15AM - 12:00 Noon :: Vacaville Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
250 people.  News 10 Helictopter, and other media.

12:45PM - 1:30PM :: Sacramento Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
150 people.  More than 7 media outlets cover the event.

2:30PM - 3:15 PM :: Stockton Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
80 people.  Television and print media cover event.

5:45 PM - 6:25 PM :: Fresno Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
Fresno Convention Center
25 people, four television news crews.

FRIDAY MARCH 9TH

60 people, television, radio and print media show up in big numbers. 

12:00PM :: Los Angeles Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
250 people, scads of media crews - tv, print, radio.

3:00 - 4:30 PM :: SPECIAL SAN DIEGO RALLY & CARAVAN - TO JOIN MAIN CARAVAN!
200 people show up at rally broadcast live on AM 600 KOGO - The Roger Hedgecock Show.  Every major media outlet covers the event.

6:00 PM :: Palm Springs at Hyatt Hotel, live media broadcast
1 tv station broadcasts live.  Over 65 people attend spontaneous rally.

7:30 - 8:15PM :: Palm Desert Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
85 people attend, multiple media outlets.

SATURDAY, MARCH 10TH

10:45 AM :: Blythe Park
30 people attend rally put together at the last minute.

2:00PM – 3:00PM :: Phoenix Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
120 people attended rally with 2 television stations covering the event.

5:30PM – 6:30PM :: Tucson Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
Outstanding event with a river of flags, 150 people attend.  Fox TV affiliate reports on the great rally.

SUNDAY MARCH 11TH

2:00PM – 3:00PM :: El Paso Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
We get lost trying to find the correct gate and arrive late.  Enthusiastic crowd waits patiently along with 2 TV news teams. 

8:00 PM – 8:30PM :: Monahans Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
Sheriff’s escort into town.  Rally organized by the Monahans Chamber of Commerce.  Over 80 people turn out with lots of American flags, firetrucks with lights flashing.  One of the most invigorating stops for us thus far!

MONDAY, MARCH 12TH

7:00AM - 8:00AM :: Midland/Odessa Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
With daylight savings time, this event began before dawn yet a crowd of 40 people still formed.  3 TV stations and a News/Talk radio station cover the event.  We picked up the Garzas - a wonderful Gold Star Family.

3:00PM - 6:30PM :: Dallas Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
An incredible event.  A beautiful choir singing patriotic songs greets us, standing next to a giant replica of the Liberty Bell.  KLIF radio broadcasts live from the rally.  Over 150 people and lots of media - at least 4 TV cameras, 2 radio stations and 1 print journalist.

TUESDAY, MARCH 13TH

8:00AM - 9:00AM :: Little Rock Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
It starts to rain, but not hard enough to keep everyone away.  A crowd of 75 people enthusiastically welcomes the caravan.  3 TV stations cover the event.

12:00PM - 1:30PM :: Memphis Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
A power thunderstorm forces the rally & news conference under the car parking overhang at Coletta’s restaurant.  70 people turned out as well as television, radio and print reporters.  It ends up being one of our most boisterous and energized stops on the caravan.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14TH

8:00AM - 11:00AM :: Atlanta Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
The rally, held in Centennial Olympic Park, gradually builds.  By the time it’s over about 100 people will have come to the event, along with 4 TV stations, 2 radio stations and a reporter and photographer for the Atlanta Journal & Constitution.

3:00PM - 4:00PM :: Columbia Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
An exceptional event.  130 people turn out including the South Carolina state Comptroller who officially welcomes us.  The stage is set up on the steps of the State Capitol and is surrounded by children holding flags. 3 TV stations cover the event.

6:00PM - 7:00PM :: Charlotte Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
One of the greatest stops on the trip!  The event, held at the Quaker Steak & Lube in northern Charlotte/Concord is a mob scene of patriotism.  Hundreds of motorcycles with their bikes in the parking lots.  Hundreds more patriotic Americans supporting us - it all adds up to a huge crowd.  Everyone is energized by this incredible stop.  At least 5 TV crews cover the event.

THURSDAY, MARCH 15TH

9:00AM - 10:00 AM :: Raleigh Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
We pull up to a decent crowd that builds to be about 100 people.  The rally is held in a nice, pretty park and there are 3 TV cameras and a newspaper there to report on the rally.

2:00PM - 3:00PM :: Richmond Pro-Troop Rally & Press Conference
The caravan gets split up due to traffic and scheduling conflicts with some of the participants but we end up having a successful event anyways, with a few dozen supporters.  A television news crew and 2 local print reporters cover the event.

FRIDAY, MARCH 16TH

All Day :: Set up “Flag City” in Washington, D.C. at Constitution Gardens
Evening :: Please join the pro-troop vigil at Walter Reed Medical Center
