Here at the Move America Forward Daily Blog we chronicle the good news on the War on Terrorism you might not have heard about on the evening news. We also shine the spotlight on those whose conduct against our country and our military is unbecoming.

Anti-war protestor hacks student to death

Over the past day and a half, we’ve seen all kinds of anti-war loons insisting that the United States has lost a war to 7th-century rock-throwers in rags. Self-loathing representatives and Senators from both sides of the aisle put up the white flag before Gen. David Petraeus could even utter a word.
Then we got the wailing women from the Pepto Bismol battery. Jeeze. Can somebody get these women their meds?
At least they weren’t using an axe to get their point across.
http://www.breitbart.com reports that a lefty, soldier-hating man (I use the word loosely) used an axe to kill a student after he couldn’t find a soldier to kill.

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (AP) - A U.S. citizen has confessed to using an axe to kill a Dutch student after failing to find a soldier to attack, his lawyer said Tuesday.
The suspect, Carlos Hartmann, 41, of Tecumseh, Mich., has confessed to the Sept. 8 killing on a train platform in the southern city of Roosendaal, defence lawyer Peter Gremmen said.
Gremmen said Hartmann wanted to punish the Netherlands for its support of the war in Iraq.
Hartmann appeared before a judge Tuesday and was ordered held for another two weeks for investigation.
“He hates soldiers, and says that the army kills people, so it would be legitimate if he were also to kill someone . . . from the American military - or from its NATO allies,” Gremmen said in a telephone interview.

Nice, eh? And so peaceful.
I hope it doesn’t give any ideas to other peaceful anti-war protesters.
