Daily Kos boots Peace Mom, who blames Israel for our Woes
Daily Kos gives Peace Mom the boot
Cindy Sheehan isn’t making many friends these days. In fact, she’s moving into the minus column. Blogger extraordinaire Michelle Malkin gives us an update on Sheehan’s latest machinations.
Speaking of all things Cindy, who has come out of retirement to threaten Gen. Nancy Pelosi’s job in the House, it seems she’s reading out of a playbook written by the rubber-room brigade.
First, Sheehan announced that the transfer of power in the Executive Branch when Dubya leaves office won’t be peaceful. Coming from the “Peace Mom,” that’s a scary thought.
“This is why they have to be removed. There will not be a peaceful transfer of power on Jan. 20, 2009,” Sheehan said. “I don’t want to be an alarmist.”
I wonder what she means. Maybe they’re going to use explosive to blow up the pond by the Washington Monument like they did with the dikes in New Orleans during Katrina. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
And how does Sheehan get “inside intelligence” about what Bush and Cheney are up to? Could she be a secret agent for the Bushies and that’s the real reason Daily Kos can’t stomach her anymore?
Martial law, ‘fake’ terrorist attacks, dogs and cats living together . .
Sheehan’s super-secret government clearance apparently has alerted her to a possible plot by President Bush to stage a terrorist attack so he can enact martial law and suspend upcoming elections.
I definitely think that is a distinct possibility, that there will be some kind of attack whether it’s manufactured or real....I think it’s really possible that these people will do that - why would he [Bush] put in that presidential directive if he didn’t need to use it - I think it’s really really frightening,” Sheehan told the Alex Jones show Alex Jones Show. “Does anybody think that [Bush’s] recent presidential decision directive wasn’t for declaring martial law and suspending elections - that’s why they have to be stopped,” added Sheehan.
Sheehan is back to bashing Israel and its willing dupes in Congress. Here’s her latest anti-Israeli rant:
Sheehan slammed Pelosi as a warmongering elitist who lives in a mansion on a hill and is completely out of touch with her electorate, as well as a major supporter of AIPAC, (the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) a group which has expressed its explicit support for an attack on Iran. “You can’t have allegiance to two countries when you’re a lawmaker in one of those countries,” said Sheehan, adding that many politicians put America’s best interests second behind Israel.
Big News Coming from Move America Forward
We are working on our latest efforts to support our troops and their mission. I hate keeping secrets, but I was threatened with torture the likes that haven’t been seen since Club Gitmo. (I pray Cindy doesn’t get inside information from the government and turn it on us!)
Please stay tuned. I’ll break the news to you ASAP!!
Thank you and God Bless our Troops.

The only thing to fear is fear itself – or congressional turncoats
Warning: Graphic Images
The cut-run-and-duck Democrats’ and bedwetting Republicans are readying to abandon post in Iraq. These so-called leaders of the spineless appeasement crowd are signing the death warrants of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, Iranians and, ultimately, Americans. As our troops fight in 130-degree heat in a hellish sandbox where Democrats helped send them, the Democrat leadership is now pushing for a quick pullout.
They are more worried about reelection than the safety of U.S. citizens and helpless people around the Middle East and Asia. After all innocents that die in a bloodbath such as the slaughter after the U.S. left Vietnam can’t vote for Gen. Pelosi or Sen. Hillary Clinton, a yes vote for war. They should consider how they plan to rule a land overrun by radical Muslim Jihadists.
All of this comes as the Associated Press leaked a report that allegedly shows the U.S. is failing in Iraq because the Iraqi government isn’t stabilizing itself per its agreements. This is another case of manifest destiny: the Democrats and their mouthpieces in the mainstream media said we lost in Iraq and that the Iraqi government would never work.
So that’s the truth, right?
Republicans are looking as desperate as coyotes in a bear-trap. They are chewing at their limbs and thrashing about instead of sitting still and using their frontal lobes. Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Ben Nelson, D-Neb., have drafted proposals that would force troops to abandon combat missions then move to the borders to protect Iraq from incoming terrorists.
But there is light in that thar tunnel:
During my recent stay in Paris, I interviewed Nader Nouri, chair of the Comite de defense pour une Pratique Democratique in Iran ( committee for a Democratic Iran). He said that the Iranian regime is teetering and could be overthrown if the United States flexed. Once Iran goes, the bloodshed inside Iraq will slow and, eventually, coagulate.
Appeasement and trying to reason with the Iranian regime is futile and dangerous for the world.
‘The policy of appeasement gave Mullahs three precious years to enrich Uranium,” Nouri said.
Yet, the public hangings, massive demonstrations, attacks on gas stations are all signs that the Iranian regime is weak – and “that is why they are so dangerous,” he added.
“All of this is because the regime is in its final phase,” Nouri said, a sentiment that many expatriates harbor.
When the U.S. went into Iraq, we disarmed the Iranian regime’s No. 1 enemy, the Mujahadeen-e-Khalq (MEK). The MEK had a couple thousand tanks and large arms. The U.S. had problems with the MEK because Saddam Hussein allowed the group to base itself inside Iraq. Why would Saddam do such a thing? Because he knew a great weapon of mass destruction when he saw one.
The MEK kept Saddam’s enemy, the Iranian Mullahs, at bay. They knew the politics of Iran, the landscape and had incredible intelligence. The U.S. put the MEK on its list of terrorist groups during the Clinton Administration. It remains there today, even though the MEK has given U.S. commanders in Iraq intelligence that has helped in this proxy war with Iran. The MEK also gave us the first credible intelligence of Iran’s uranium enrichment.
The politics of MEK’s designation are complex. You can read more about it at the American nonprofit Iran Policy Committee Website
The bottom line here is that we must exhaust all political solutions in this war against the Muslim Jihadists. That includes discussions with the MEK, who are ready to overthrow the Iranian regime as soon as we unshackle them.
This is not some crazy idea I dreamed up. GOP presidential candidate Tom Tancredo, Democrat Rep. Bob Filner of Southern California, and many others around the world see the benefits of political options that include the MEK.
But this option would take backbone, something that is lacking with others in Congress.
Meanwhile . . . Everybody must get stoned
Before we head out of the Middle East, we all should consider what is happening inside Iran. The regime is torturing, stoning, and publicly hanging children, women and others who engage in “immoral” behavior.
Associated Press
Consider this description from an Iranian woman and a response from another whose mother was stoned to death:
A few weeks ago my mother, Mehrangiz Kar, wrote an article about stoning to death in Iran. She received many different feedbacks for her article that was published in Farsi. Among those responses we found an astonishing letter from an anonymous person whose mother was stoned to death twenty-six years ago. Since the strength of the words of this letter paralyzed my body and mind for a few minutes, I decided to quickly translate the text. According to Article 83 of the Islamic Penal Code of Iran, stoning to death has been declared a permissible punishment for a few different types of adultery.
And here’s that response from another woman whose mother was stoned to death:
Hello. I read your recent article about stoning to death. Reading your article reminded me of the bleeding bruises in my heart once again. You wrote about murdering by stoning? Have you ever held a bloody tool in your hands with which they have murdered your mother? Have you ever touched the bloody skin and hair of your mother who has just been killed in a deep hole? Have you ever followed the line of your mother’s blood in order to find her corpse thrown at the back of a truck? Have you ever seen the fresh grave of that dearest being with a small piece of paper on which they have written her name wrapped around a small branch of tree? Has anyone ever said a word about the children of the people who have been stoned to death? I was fourteen and now I am forty. To quote psychologists, I am one of the most fortunate people on this planet. I am fortunate, because despite this contempt in my life I have been able to continue my higher education and find myself a wife, children and a credible job without letting a single black spot remain in my life. Do you even understand what it means to be the child of a person who has been shamefully stoned to death? If Islamic clerics tell you that you could not win over the Islamic laws, they have, indeed told you the truth. My mother used to tell me that she had become a sex-worker in order to feed us and to support us. She used to command us in being real men. She used to tell us to stand on our own feet and to never lose our hope in Ali (the first imam in shiasm).
Seriously who would want to sell her body, to sell her sex to anonymous men except for those women who have no other way of feeding their children? If the husband knows how to make money, the wife and the mother of the family does not have to go and seek customers. The economic situation needs to improve and single mothers or those mothers whose husbands do not have the ability or the willpower to work, should be able to seek help from the government.
You must establish an organization for supporting these women. It does not have to be a very rich organization in the beginning. No one has the right to condemn you for seeking financial support from different sources for these types of support organizations. Women like my mother who was eventually stoned to death need your help. They need the world’s help and support. Their forgotten families, too, need the world’s help. Help them! Executing people for having not immoral actions is not going to have an effective result. Tell me how many people have been executed and stoned to death since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution in Iran…What is the result of all of this violence other than the fact that the evil is now truly dominating our society?
I never forget the last words of my mother’s Islamic judge: “I issued a verdict for stoning this woman to death so that other individuals learn a lesson from her doomed fate and to avoid sins of such nature. To execute by shooting would not have made her suffer enough!” Alas. Twenty six years ago my mother was stoned to death before my eyes. Has these women’s tragic fate helped our society improve? Statistics show that the rates of prostitution and corruption have increased exponentially.
The useful idiots in Hollywood who wear the “Save Darfur” T-shirts and run commercials about the atrocities there committed by radical Muslim Jihadists might want to think about Iran. Iran has more power and thus can inflict more damage on us than the raving maniacs in Darfur. The Iranian regime is already killing our troops. We are already helping in Darfur, but we must help ourselves before we can continue helping the world.

“Peace Mom” leads Freedom Fighters in War on Pelosi
Cindy Sheehan’s announcement that she will challenge House Speaker Nancy Pelosi if she doesn’t introduce articles of impeachment against President Bush raises a serious question: Who is Cindy’s base?
We know the Universe chose her to ignite the anti-war movement – or so she told us – but most of the universe can’t vote for Sheehan. Well, I may be wrong about that. She would be running in the Bay Area, where aliens have free rein to healthcare, in-state tuition, welfare and voting booths.
Aside from aliens, Sheehan would draw from a wide range of people: felons, drug addicts, and anybody with more body piercings than Frankenstein’s wife. The one group she may not have in the bag is the anti-war group. I know this sounds outrageous, but the “Peace Mom’ has some trouble with the folks who put her on the map.
She has done a heck of a job alienating Moveon.org, the radical-left machine that helped pay for anti-Bush campaign commercials in 2004 starring a weeping Sheehan. When Sheehan “retired” some six weeks ago, she reamed Moveon like she was a well-seasoned proctologist. I suppose they won’t be throwing in for her campaign.
Then there are her old homeboys, such as James Morris. Morris is the fellow whom Sheehan accused of writing an “anti-Semitic” email to Ted Koppel in her name. Here is the controversial text:
Am I emotional? Yes, my first born was murdered. Am I angry? Yes, he was killed for lies and for a PNAC Neo-Con agenda to benefit Israel. My son joined the army to protect America, not Israel. Am I stupid? No, I know full well that my son, my family, this nation and this world were betrayed by George Bush who was influenced by the neo-con PNAC agendas after 9/11. We were told that we were attacked on 9/11 because the terrorists hate our freedoms and democracy … not for the real reason, because the Arab Muslims who attacked us hate our middle-eastern foreign policy.
Many attacked Sheehan as anti-Semitic, but she swore she had nothing to do with the email. Sweetness & Light nailed Sheehan for going wobbly on her anti-Zionist credentials. But Morris warned Sheehan in a letter, which he shared with me, that she may not have the right stuff for his liking:
Cindy,
If Sheehan weren’t a lapsed Catholic, she might want to go in for a little penance – or better yet, an exorcism.
I am well aware that many leftoids consider Sheehan their imam, a leader and teacher of all things pure. Melanie Morgan and I wrote in “American Mourning” about the cultish behavior of some who traveled in 2005 to see Sheehan in Crawford, Texas. One guy fasted and cleared his mind of all thoughts but Sheehan. This mind-clearing exercise was, of course, not very difficult given the wide-open spaces inside his cranium.
Cindy blogged today that she is already getting a lot of support, which is believable given the numbers of folks who believe Sept. 11 was an inside job and that our great U.S. military has lost in Iraq.
The feedback I have been receiving since then has been about three to one positive and supportive. Some people have offered to quit their jobs to move to California’s 8th to help my possible campaign. People are lining up to donate and help and I am again very grateful and touched beyond belief by the generosity and energy of my fellow Americans.
Still, Sheehan faces other hurdles in her bid to oust Gen. Pelosi. No. 1: residency. When Sheehan retired as the face of the peace movement mere weeks ago, she said she was going “home” to spend time with her family. Her ex-husband and son live in Vacaville, but Cowtown isn’t the place from which to launch a San Francisco campaign. Sheehan’s daughters live in Dixon, where she now calls home. Dixon isn’t much friendlier to dictator-coddling types, but I understand Sheehan keeps a low profile there.
The residency thing could be tricky. But I have an idea: Ed Jew. He is the San Francisco supervisor who is under investigation for living outside of the district that he’s supposed to represent. The only problem Sheehan may have with him is his last name. Still, his pad would be a great safe house for Sheehan as she wages jihad on Pelosi. The Peace Mom may even want to hire Jew as a consultant for residency requirements.
The left-wingers of the left coast may face some interesting moral decisions if Sheehan takes on Pelosi. Consider the Catholic vote. Traditional Catholics, like me, would shy away from either candidate like a vampire from garlic. But we’re talking San Francisco. Sheehan’s Catholic credentials include being fired as a youth minister because she was teaching untraditional issues to her charges and she had a penchant for calling the pastor and some bishops “liars.” Both Sheehan and Pelosi are pro-abortion rights candidates, so that should set well with leftist so-called Catholics.
I think it is fair to say that the Catholic vote is up for grabs.
Both women have done a fine job attacking President Bush. This is a top concern of voters in the 8th Congressional District of California, which takes in most of San Francisco. This is the city where “leaders” tried to force the Blue Angels from performing flyovers, the ROTC are considered Mephistopheles’ children, and military men and women must avoid wearing their uniforms in case they are mistaken as members of the Village People.
Bush won only 14 percent of the vote in the 8th district during the last election. When Sheehan calls the president a “bastard,” and the “world’s No. 1 terrorist,” the district cheers her on. Pelosi works hard at demeaning the presidency, but Sheehan has the edge here.
Because San Francisco is generally anti-military, both candidates have instant credibility. Sheehan says now she wants instant pullout from Iraq, but she admitted during a rally last year in San Francisco that the white-flag-of-surrender option would take time. No “troops out now.” Sheehan will score points with the hate-America crowd because she is actually on record (and photographs) loving on Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez.
Important safety tip to Pelosi’s camp: Chavez loves Sheehan and will likely share the billions he has stolen from his countrymen to pad her war chest. (I know this is illegal, but rules don’t apply to the Peace Mom).
Sheehan may have the upper hand when it comes to getting the “out there” vote. This includes non-traditional Democrats. Sheehan has already written off mainstream Democrats, if there is such a thing. This is a brilliant political move with Congress’ ratings lower than an ant’s sewer system. More of her blog:
I was a life-long Democrat only because the choices were limited. The Democrats are the party of slavery and were the party that started every war in the 20th Century except the other Bush debacle. The Federal Reserve, permanent federal (and unconstitutional) income taxes, Japanese Concentration Camps and, not one, but two atom bombs dropped on the innocent citizens of Japan were brought to us via the Democrats. Don’t tell me the Democrats are our “Saviors” because I am not buying it especially after they bought and purchased more caskets and more devastating pain when they financed and co-facilitated more of George’s abysmal occupation and they are allowing a melt down of our representative Republic by allowing the evils of the executive branch to continue unrestrained by their silent complicity.
Last but not least, Sheehan must come up with a name for her party. May I suggest Freedom Fighters? Sheehan actually coined this name for the people who killed her hero son, Casey Sheehan. Terrorists shot Casey on April 4, 2004, in a Baghdad slum where he was on a rescue mission.
Media Hypocrisy on Iraq
Ron Winter has a good blog entry on the media’s hypocrisy in reporting on troop casualties in Iraq. If it’s bad news they scream it from the rooftops and tell Americans all hope is lost.
But if the news doesn’t fit their agenda, then they simply don’t report it.
Check out Ron’s post - CLICK HERE.
And to underline Ron’s argument, here’s ABC News reporting breathlessly on the U.S. Army missing it’s recruiting goals - after a stretch of meeting their goals. You didn’t hear about the months they met their goals, did you? Why would liberal reporters want to celebrate accomplishments and success stories by the military?
This is all further evidence that many—make that most—journalists have a shameful bias against our military and our troops. We know that, and so too do those gutless politicians who buckle from the pressure of the media coverage and turn their backs on our troops and their missions.

Cindy Sheehan: Mullah, mullah, mullah . . .
Walk this Way . . .
Move America Forward offered to buy the land and build a monument to our heroes in this war against radical Muslim Jihadists. Sheehan’s sister, Dede Miller, said it would be a cold day in hell before they would allow such a memorial from MAF on that land.
Walker told the Houston Chronicle that she plans on preserving the land with only a few changes.
She’d like to expand the memorial site, make it more permanent, and open a shelter for homeless vets and a walk-in clinic to treat soldiers and veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorders.
That ought to make the locals happy. Crawford residents are pretty conservative and they didn’t take kindly to Sheehan’s antics. I don’t think they’ll be offering Walker sweet tea anytime soon.
I invite Ms. Walker to contact us here at MAF, where hundreds of Gold Star parents would like to offer their ideas for a fitting memorial to their hero sons and daughters. A group of these parents, whose sons and daughters have died for our country in Iraq or Afghanistan, wrote a letter to Sheehan and asked that she consider selling the land to MAF so all would be welcome to a classy memorial. It would have been a nice peace offering from the Peace Mom.
Sheehan’s answer: She gave the other mourning parents the middle finger with a “no reply” and took her 60 percent profit from Walker.
So now it’s up to you, Ms. Walker. Will you thumb your nose at the majority of Gold Star families who stand with our troops and want to complete the war against radical Jihadists?
If I don’t hear from you, I’ll call in and we can chat live on your radio show. That should boost your anemic ratings.
Oh, and welcome to Crawford.
Mullah Madness
Since returning from Paris this week, I have studied and researched thousands of pages of documents, studies, and opinions on the mess in the Middle East. Folks generally fall into two camps: The appeasers vs. the doers. Yet most, except for radicals who are off their meds, believe Iran’s Mullahs are crazier than a pack of rabid hyenas.
We know Iran spurs the violent Jihadists in Iraq. Forensic evidence shows that Iran is guilty of murdering at least 170 U.S. soldiers. We also know that Iran cranked up its nuclear program, and we know that Iran is not our friend.
Appeasers say it is our fault. We brought this on when President Bush said, “bring it on.” History tells us something different. Break open the history books and look at the late ‘70s. There we will find mention of the Iranian hostage crisis and President Jimmy Carter’s failure with such.
These are not the run-of-the-mill expatriates, but leaders in the Mujahadeen e-Khalq, a group classified by the U.S. State Department and the European Union as “terrorists.” Despite this designation, the MEK continues to offer the U.S. and its allies credible intelligence of Iran’s movements. MEK was the first to give us a heads-up about Iran’s nuclear proliferation.
Commanders on the ground in Iraq speak regularly with this “terrorist” group because it has infiltrators inside Iran’s government, its operatives know routes Iran uses to supply terrorists inside Iraq, and its intelligence has been fairly reliable.
Sen. Joseph Lieberman, a liberal who has been hawkish on this war against terrorists, wrote a piece today in the Wall Street Journal about the proxy way Iran is waging on the United States.
Iran is acting aggressively and consistently to undermine moderate regimes in the Middle East, establish itself as the dominant regional power and reshape the region in its own ideological image. The involvement of Hezbollah in Iraq, just revealed by Gen. Bergner, illustrates precisely how interconnected are the different threats and challenges we face in the region. The fanatical government of Iran is the common denominator that links them together.
My friends on the side of the aisle who believe we wage wars in the Middle East mostly to benefit Israel, are livid with Lieberman, whom they refer to as a Zionist and not American. I disagree. Go here for some of their ideas.
Today I wrote a column touching on the idea of using fire to fight fire. I will expound on this issue in this space over the coming days.
Cheers!
Quote for the day:
“In war as in life, it is often necessary when some cherished scheme has failed, to take up the best alternative open, and if so, it is folly not to work for it with all your might.”
