POLICY FOR BOARD ON COMPENSATION
It is the desire of Move America Forward (the “Nonprofit”) to provide a fair, yet reasonable, and not excessive compensation for the Executive Director.
The Board of Directors shall determine the compensation to the Executive Director. The annual process for determining compensation for the Executive Director is as follows: The Nonprofit’s board shall annually evaluate the Executive Director on his/her performance, and ask for his/her input on matters of performance and compensation.
The Nonprofit board will make a determination based on available data that the compensation for the Executive Director is fair and equitable and not excessive.
The Executive Director is the person responsible for the efficient operation of the Nonprofit and is responsible for determining the reasonable compensation for all other employees and contractors.
